Micromax unveils A57 Superfone Ninja 3 at Rs.4,999

Micromax has launched another budget Android smartphone, A57 Superfone Ninja 3, at a price of Rs.4,999. The new Micromax smartphone runs on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system and is powered by a 1GHz processor.

According to reports, the Micromax A57 Superfone Ninja 3 features a 3.5-inch capacitive touch display with a 480 x 320 pixel resolution. 



Among other features, it boasts of having 256MB of RAM, 3MP rear camera with 4x zoom, 512MB of built-in storage, microSD card slot that supports storage up to 32GB, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio. The 1,400 mAh battery is reported to deliver 8.5 hours of talktime and up to 177 hours of standby time.

The new Micromax device comes preloaded with various apps such as MiZone, MiSMS, Facebook and Google Play store. For connectivity, the Micromax A57 Ninja 3 supports 3G, GPRS, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi. Take a look at the full specifications of the device here.

Of late, the company has last month launched A84, A90 and A100 smartphones, besides foraying into the budget tablet market with the launch of the Funbook Pro and Funbook.

Micromax' s another elegantly designed Android touch phone Superfone Lite A75 reportedly enhances gaming experience of the users. With dual SIM (GSM + GSM) compatibility, the phone runs on an Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) OS which enhances multimedia technology and browsing experience of the user.

The superfone which comes with a 650 MHz processor is a stylish handset with a metallic finish and a high gloss plastic cover at the back. The Micromax Superfone Lite A75 comes with a price tag of Rs.8299.

The 12th largest handset manufacturer in the World, Micromax has last month also launched not one or two but three Android smartphones, A84, A90 and A100.

The Indian company has spread across 14 locations including Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Maldives, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Afghanistan and Brazil.
