'Talk' a device which converts breath into words

A device named 'Talk' which converts human breath into speech invented by 16 year old amateur inventor Arsh Shah Dilbagi of Panipat Haryana, a student of DAV International School, device can convert breath using morse code signal and converts it into speech signals.

 

This device made a way for him and his country to be one of the top 15 finalist in the Google Science Fair 2014. The only participant from Asia Continent has made his country proud. The device can help people who are speech impaired and suffering from voice paralysis.
